You are seeing our “all-in” prices online, which include the cost of the heating and cooling system, installation parts and labor costs. In most circumstances, this installation package covers everything to replace your existing system. Some projects, however, may require work outside of a typical installation, and therefore may incur additional charges. Prior to starting your project, your adviser will discuss any additional required work, if applicable, and why it’s needed. You will not be under obligation to have any work performed unless you agree to the work quoted and the price you’re given. Your installation is guaranteed to pass inspection or we will fix it for free.

Heat pump, furnace and split system installations include:

• Perform Manual J / heat load calculation
• Lay drop clothes and plastic down to protect home
• Remove and haul away existing system
• Recapture refrigerant per EPA regulations
• Supply thread hanging system (for attic installations)
• Supply emergency drain pan
• Supply float kill switch
• Supply gas line/ gas valve (furnace applications)
• Supply return and supply plenum boxes
• Supply new flue piping (furnace applications)
• Supply new fused disconnect box and wire whip
• Supply new Nexia Wi-Fi smart thermostat
• Flush existing line set to remove debris and oil
• Nitrogen purge line set to dry all oil and liquid
• Pull true vacuum under 500 microns on existing line set
• Re-insulate refrigerant lines at the outdoor unit and indoor coil
• Start up and test run system to make sure system is operating at manufacturers specifications
• Program smart thermostat and setup online account with phone app
• Clean up debris inside home including sweeping and vacuum
• Register equipment online for extended warranty
• Process any applicable rebates
• Final inspection of installation by install manager
