Equipment, parts and labor is all included

You are seeing our “all-in” prices online, which include the cost of the heating and cooling system, installation parts and labor costs. In most circumstances, this installation package covers everything to replace your existing system. Some projects, however, may require work outside of a typical installation, and therefore may incur additional charges. Prior to starting your project, your adviser will discuss any additional required work, if applicable, and why it’s needed. You will not be under obligation to have any work performed unless you agree to the work quoted and the price you’re given. Your installation is guaranteed to pass inspection or we will fix it for free.

Package unit system installations include:

• Crane service
• Perform Manual J / Heat Load Calculation
• Supply new disconnect box and wire whip
• Supply new insulated elbow or adjustable roof curb
• Supply custom fabricated stand for new system
• Install new PVC condensate line with P-trap
• Supply new gas line/ gas valve (gas units)
• Supply new thermostat
• Start up and test run system to make sure system is operating at manufacturers specifications
• Program smart thermostat and setup online account with phone app
• Register equipment online for extended warranty
• Process any applicable rebates
• Final inspection of installation by install manager
